The last bookstore is heaven for book lovers and it’s more than a bookstore. Even if you don’t want to buy books I definitely recommend visiting this store and peeking at its unique book art. I am sure you have seen lots of pictures on Instagram for the last bookstore. Initially, when I saw pictures and videos on social media I thought it’s a library, but when I check the details I found out its bookstore. From social media, I feel like it’s more like a tourist spot and people come here to pose for pictures. Actually, I was wrong, the last bookstore is heaven for book lovers. You will find old and new books and some of them you might be not even have heard about it.
The last bookstore sells used and new books & records. You can also sell your books to the store. This place is quite busy at the weekends. We went on Sunday but I would suggest you visit during weekdays. Don’t forget to add to your bucket list.
For me, the last bookstore is not just a store that sells books, but the art of books. I cannot imagine how they got an idea to create art from books. It’s a really unique way to display books. Here you will find a lot of content creators who are trying to get their perfect shot for their social media and bookworms who grab a book and sit still on the couch to finish their books. I was so surprised seeing the separate section for dungeon and dragons. You must have heard this in the Big Bang Theory series.
Till now the biggest bookstore, I had visited was crossword in India while I was in college. The last bookstore is bigger than this and the collection of books is simply amazing. I spent most of my time with Sherlock Holmes books and it was so much fun.
Besides books upstairs, there is a spring arts collective section where you will find a unique art exhibit. There is a small booth kind of shops which includes Yarn, Love, joy art, Fold gallery & Cuno shop, and Bogdan. Here you will find unique paintings, a new innovation which is not seen in the store usually.
